Author biography

I’m the founder and engineer behind HiddenJobs — a matching platform that connects experienced Polish IT specialists with international companies offering 100% remote roles. The focus is on companies without a Polish branch — the ones that don’t typically appear on Polish job boards and often don’t know how to reach the Polish market in the first place. On this blog I share practical know-how about hiring from Poland, contract types, time-zone overlap, and what actually works in cross-border tech hiring.

I built HiddenJobs because I kept hearing the same story from both sides of the market: senior Polish IT specialists wanting to work for international companies but unsure where to even start, and foreign companies without a Polish branch struggling to reach the local talent pool. Most of the strongest Polish remote-first specialists never show up on local job boards — and the most relevant international roles never reach them. HiddenJobs sits in that gap: pre-vetted specialists, verified roles from companies open to working with Poland, matched on experience and stack so neither side wastes time.

This blog is an extension of the same mission. You'll find practical write-ups on hiring Polish IT talent — contract types (B2B, EOR, employment), cost benchmarks, time-zone overlap, compliance, and what actually works in cross-border tech hiring. No fluff, no marketing-speak — just what I've learned building HiddenJobs and talking with dozens of foreign companies and specialists working across borders.
