We built HiddenJobs after watching Polish specialists and foreign companies miss each other — Polish job boards are built around Polish employers and onsite or hybrid roles, foreign boards barely reach Polish talent, and staffing platforms charge a fee per hire. HiddenJobs does one thing: 100% remote roles from foreign companies that have no Polish office.

So we made a job board dedicated to exactly that — connecting Polish specialists with international companies, with everything on your side handled in English.

How are listings priced?

Basic is €39 for 30 days and Pro is €59 for 60 days. Partner is €199/month for up to 10 active promoted roles, with a dedicated contact. These are launch rates that rise as the board grows — join now and keep them for 12 months. Add-ons: extra bump €19, +30 days €29 (Basic/Pro).

How long does a listing run, and what are bumps?

Basic runs 30 days and Pro 60 days — both one-off, then they come off the board. Partner is a monthly subscription: each active role stays promoted month-to-month for as long as you are subscribed, with no fixed 60-day window. A bump re-surfaces your role to the top of the board: Basic includes 1, Pro 3 (spread across the run), and Partner gets a weekly bump on every role. Need an extra one? A €19 add-on, on any plan.

Partner is up to 10 roles — what if I post fewer, or cancel?

Partner is a flat monthly rate for up to 10 active roles — post as few or as many as you like up to that, the price is the same. It is a subscription for ongoing hiring, not a per-role charge, so there is no pro-rating or refund for posting fewer. Need more than 10? Add extra roles per-role, or move to Custom for unlimited. Cancel anytime: future billing stops, your current paid month runs to its end, then roles come off — no refund for the current period.

What do you share on social, and what is the monthly report?

Pro: your role gets one post on our LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. Partner: every active role gets a post. Custom adds Polish-language video (YouTube, TikTok) and a featured story on our blog. The Partner monthly report is an email summary of your roles — views and apply-clicks per role, totals, and the trend versus the previous month.

Who is my contact on Partner and Custom?

Partner includes a dedicated contact — a named person here (not a generic queue) for setup, advice, changes and questions, with a response within about one business day. Custom adds hands-on onboarding and priority support: we set everything up with you and stay closely involved, including sourcing from our vetted pool.

Is HiddenJobs a nearshoring or software-outsourcing agency?

No. HiddenJobs is a job board for hiring Polish developers and specialists directly. You post a role, candidates apply straight to your ATS, and you hire them on your own B2B or EOR contract — no agency in the middle and no per-hire markup, unlike nearshoring or software-outsourcing vendors.

Can I hire Polish developers directly, without a Polish entity?

Yes. Your role is promoted to Polish developers and specialists actively looking for international employers, and they apply directly to you. You engage them as a B2B contractor or through an Employer of Record (EOR) — no local entity needed.

How much does it cost to hire a Polish specialist in 2026?

Total cost depends on contract type and seniority. Polish salaries sit meaningfully below US / UK / DACH / Nordics levels at every seniority. B2B contractor rates are typically the most attractive for foreign employers since payroll, tax, and social contributions are handled by the contractor. EOR providers usually add a 10-20% management fee on top of gross. We can share rough benchmarks for the seniority you are hiring during the initial email exchange.

B2B or EOR — which contract model?

For a foreign company without a Polish entity there are two practical models. B2B (Polish self-employed contractor) is the most common for senior specialists and the simplest for you — they invoice you, you pay, no payroll on your side. EOR (Employer of Record) is for when you want full employment-grade security for the specialist without setting up a Polish entity — the EOR provider is the legal employer, puts the specialist on a Polish employment contract, and bills you. (Employing someone directly on a Polish contract yourself would require your own Polish legal entity.) The board lets you specify the model upfront so candidates self-qualify before applying.

How does the time-zone overlap work in practice?

Poland is on CET / CEST — same as Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and one hour ahead of the UK. For the US and Canada East Coast the difference is 6 hours, which still leaves roughly 3-4 hours of overlap on a typical workday (Polish afternoon = their morning). For the US and Canada West Coast the overlap is shorter — usually viable for async-friendly teams or roles where late-day standups work.

Where do candidates apply?

Apply links point directly to your ATS or careers page. We do not collect résumés, do not resell candidate data, and do not stand between you and the candidate.

Do you also do recruitment or matching?

Not as a paid feature right now — your team owns sourcing and final assessment. If a strong fit happens to be in our pool while your role is live, we may reach out, but that is a free human gesture, not a service you pay for. For ongoing hiring across many roles, see Partner.

How do you vet specialists in your pool?

Specialists join with verified profiles (LinkedIn / GitHub / portfolio), pass a structured intake on stack and seniority, and confirm availability and contract preferences. We do not run technical interviews on your behalf — your team owns final assessment.

What about IP and confidentiality?

You keep full ownership of your job description, candidate communication, and any IP discussed during interviews. We do not redistribute your JD beyond the public board listing you commissioned. Standard NDA available on request.

Do you issue VAT invoices for EU companies?

Yes. Reverse-charge VAT applies for EU-based businesses with a valid VAT ID. For non-EU companies, invoices are issued without VAT.

Can we pause or cancel a listing early?

Yes — you can take a listing down early at any time, just ask. Listing fees aren’t pro-rated, so a role you remove early isn’t refunded.
